It starts with the relationship.

I offer a few promises to my clients. I promise to respect you and your stories. I promise to bring myself into our therapeutic relationship, because when we share a big thing we want to know the other person is there to hold it. I promise to believe your world can be bigger than it has been.

I also tell my clients, up front, what I am not. I like to say that I’m not just a ‘validation girl.’ While validation is important, I believe that sometimes being on your side means challenging you to look at things in new ways. And of course, none of this is possible without a relationship that feels safe and supportive.

New group offering, starting July 22nd!

If you’re interested, I’d love to connect and tell you more about it.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, as well as a Registered Drama Therapist in North America. I am also a Practitioner of Developmental Transformations (DvT), which is a therapeutic method centered around embodiment, relationship, and play. I use a blend of relational, trauma-focused talk therapy and embodied, playful expressive arts methods to strengthen the mind-body connection.

While I work with clients with a wide range of identities and life experiences, my specialties are the following:

  • Complex Trauma and PTSD

  • Functional Neurological Symptom Disorder (FND)

  • LGBTQIA+ Mental Health

  • Life Transitions

  • Relationship Stressors

  • Adult ADHD

I am currently taking new clients for telehealth psychotherapy. I do not take insurance, however I can provide documentation for out of network insurance reimbursement.

My rate is $180/session. In commitment to making psychotherapy accessible, I have a limited number of reduced-rate spots available along a sliding scale.

If you are located in Massachusetts, I can see you as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. If you are located elsewhere in North America, I can see you as a Registered Drama Therapist.

Either way, my work looks the same: trauma-focused, relational, playful, and kind.
